Raise your glass

It was quite an emotional farewell to Tetleys Brewery at Leeds which brewed it's last pint of beer in June. 

Whitkirk have been associated with the brewery in Leeds for over forty years. Starting with the removal of brewers grains in the early seventies right through to the organic recycling to land of Tetley's Keislghur in more recent years.

Despite the sadness of losing such a longstanding institution in the city, Whitkirk still continue to work closely with Carlsberg at their Northampton Brewery, where the bulk of the production has now moved.

We raise our glasses to all Tetley staff at Leeds and wish them well in their future roles.
