health, safety and risk management
There is no greater priority than health and safety. Risk assessments and method statements are prepared prior to commencement of any contracted work and all our drivers are fully trained in the safe operation of their vehicles and equipment; all hold the appropriate licences which are checked every six months by our administration staff.
We have a dedicated Driver Training & Health & Safety Manager who undertakes planned refresher training with drivers and staff to ensure complete compliance to all regulations.
We even have our own in-group driver training school based in Warsop where drivers can undergo assessments to improve their driving skills and fuel efficiency.

compliance matters
Compliance with all the current and impending legislation and industry codes of practice is paramount. We have a resource of environmental consultants and advisors to ensure we are ahead where legislation of any type is concerned.
The latest information is also available to us through corporate membership, affiliated association or registration with a range of sources including the Chartered Institute of Wastes Management, Environmental Services Association, the Environment Agency, SEPA, DEFRA, VOSA and the Road Haulage Assocation.
